At Bella Outdoors USA, we offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
We use standard carriers (FedEx and UPS) for smaller items and truck freight (LTL) for large palletized items.
Order Processing & Lead Times
Most of our products are made-to-order and placed in queue at the factory.
- Made-to-Order Items: Production lead time is typically 6–12 weeks before shipping. We are unable to provide status updates during production.
- In-Stock Items: These ship within 2–3 business days. The product page will clearly indicate in-stock status.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from actual shipping/transit time.

- Tracking is provided on all shipments and sent via email once your order leaves our facility.
- Delivery times are estimates in business days and may vary due to carrier schedules or peak seasons.
Freight Shipping Policy – Large Items via Freight LTL Truck
Some items require truck freight delivery on a pallet. Delivery is curbside only — drivers will not carry items inside, up stairs, or assemble unless White Glove service is arranged in advance.
What to Expect
- The carrier will contact you (usually by phone) to schedule a delivery window (typically Monday–Friday, business hours).
- You will be given a 2–4 hour delivery window.
- Delivery trucks are large (18-wheel or 26 ft). Please notify us before ordering if you have access restrictions (narrow streets, gates, steep driveways, gravel roads, low bridges, etc.).
Customer Responsibilities
- Be present or have someone available (age 18+) to accept and inspect the shipment.
- Inspect the pallet and packaging before signing for delivery.
- If damage is visible, note “Damaged on arrival” on the driver’s paperwork/tablet and take clear photos.
- For concealed damage discovered after opening, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
Missed Deliveries, Access Issues & Contact Problems Freight deliveries require coordination. If no one is available at the scheduled time, or if access is restricted:
- The carrier may charge re-delivery fees ($100–$350) or daily storage fees ($75–$150+ per day). These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information.
- If we or the carrier cannot reach you, storage, re-delivery, or return freight fees may apply.
- In cases of repeated missed deliveries or unresponsiveness, the shipment may be returned to us. You will not receive a refund. We will retain the full order amount to cover shipping, return freight, storage, and restocking costs.
- We reserve the right to cancel future delivery attempts until any outstanding carrier fees are paid.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or unreachable customer contact details.
Important Notes
- Free shipping applies only to the continental United States. We do not ship outside this area.
- Freight-shipped items are generally final sale (see our full Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- We reserve the right to change shipping carriers or methods when necessary.
