Product Safety and Use Disclaimers
Important Safety & Care Information Thank you for shopping with us! Our statues and pedestals are beautiful, high-quality fiberglass resin pieces designed to enhance gardens, patios, churches, and indoor spaces. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines so you can enjoy your purchase safely and for as long as possible.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this information.
1. Intended Use
All of our statues and pedestals are decorative items meant for normal garden, landscape, church, or home display. They are not designed, engineered, or intended to support weight, hold people or animals, serve as structural elements, or bear loads.
Some statues are designed to be hung on a tall cross or wall. Hanging applications are decorative only.
Please do not climb on, lean against, or use any statue, pedestal, or mounted statue for support. For any special or structural applications, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.
2. Material Characteristics
Many of our statues and pedestals are crafted from lightweight fiberglass resin, a durable material chosen for its weather resistance and fine detail. Because they are lightweight, some statues (especially taller ones or those mounted on a tall cross) may be more susceptible to tipping, swinging, shifting, or falling in strong winds or if accidentally disturbed.
Pedestals can become less stable when a statue is placed on top of them. If a statue or pedestal tips, falls, or shifts, the resin can crack or break on impact. Normal outdoor exposure may also lead to gradual fading, minor surface wear, or small chips over time.
3. Stability and Mounting Guidance
To help your statues remain safe and beautiful for years, we offer these practical guidelines:
- Low-risk items (small, low-profile statues and compact pedestals under 30 inches / 76 cm tall): These pieces are generally more stable due to their size and design. We still recommend securing them in windy areas, during storms, or on uneven ground for added peace of mind.
- Higher-risk items (taller statues 30 inches / 76 cm and taller, statues mounted on pedestals, or statues hung on a tall cross): These lightweight resin statues can sometimes tip, swing, shift, or fall in strong winds or if disturbed. Proper mounting is strongly recommended.
Important Mounting Information Our statues that are designed to hang on a tall cross or wall come with standard hanging hardware. This standard hardware is intended only for light indoor home use.
For outdoor installations, churches, commercial settings, or any high-wind or high-traffic areas, the standard hanging hardware is not suitable. In these cases, customers must use a heavy-duty threaded rod mounting kit (available as an optional add-on) along with appropriate additional reinforcement for the specific location and conditions.
We strongly recommend the threaded rod mounting kit for all outdoor or church installations to reduce the risk of the statue falling or shifting.
This proper mounting helps reduce the chance of tipping, falling, swinging, breakage, or damage — especially in windy, coastal, or storm-prone areas like Florida.
Most customers find proper anchoring and mounting to be a straightforward DIY project when using the correct hardware. We include helpful tips and instructions with your order, and our team is always happy to answer any questions you may have.
4. Installation and Care
Proper placement and regular care help your statues and pedestals look their best. We encourage you to:
- Inspect your items periodically for any cracks, loose mounting hardware, or instability, especially after storms.
- Clean gently with mild soap and water as needed.
For statues on pedestals or hung on a cross: Ensure proper balance and monitor overall stability.
Installation, mounting, and ongoing maintenance are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from how the product is installed, anchored, mounted, or maintained.
5. Outdoor Durability and Finish
Our fiberglass resin statues and pedestals are designed and suitable for outdoor use when properly installed and cared for.
The painted finishes offer good resistance to the elements, but — like most outdoor decor — colors and surfaces may gradually fade, dull, or show minor wear over time due to sun exposure (UV), rain, temperature changes, and normal weathering. Some light chipping can also occur with extended outdoor placement.
How long your piece stays vibrant depends on your local climate, how well it is anchored or mounted, and basic care. We do not guarantee that any item is completely “weatherproof,” “fade-proof,” “chip-proof,” or entirely maintenance-free.
6. Repair Options for Minor Damage
Many minor cracks, chips, or surface scratches on fiberglass resin statues and pedestals can be repaired using common resin repair kits, epoxy putty, paint touch-up kits, or resin repair patches that are widely available from hardware stores or online.
We can also provide matching touch-up paint for a small fee upon request (subject to availability and color matching limitations).
Please note: Repair results vary depending on the extent of the damage, proper surface preparation, and application technique. Repairs are typically cosmetic and may not restore the original strength or stability of the piece. Always follow the repair product manufacturer’s instructions carefully. We are not responsible for the outcome of any repairs you (or others) perform.
7. Limitation of Liability
All products are sold “as is”. Except for any limited warranty we may expressly provide, we make no other warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, or otherwise — that may result from the use, installation, anchoring, mounting, weathering, or repair of our products, including tipping, falling, swinging, breakage, property damage, or personal injury.
Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the specific item involved. You assume the risks associated with outdoor placement, use, anchoring, mounting, and any repairs of these decorative pieces.
We truly want you to love and enjoy your statues and pedestals for years to come. If you ever have questions about choosing the right piece, mounting options, care tips, or repair ideas, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help!
