Ordering

Do you charge sales tax?

Bella Statues applies sales tax exclusively to orders shipped to addresses within the state of Florida, in accordance with state law. Orders shipped outside of Florida will not incur Florida sales tax.

What if we are a are tax exempt organization?

Tax Exempt Orders

If you are a church or organization with tax-exempt status in Florida, please email us your tax exemption certificate for our records. Once received, we will update your sales order and remove the Florida sales tax.

Please note, we do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Florida.

Can I pay by Check?

Yes, we can accommodate check payments.

Please email us at info@bellastatues.com with the following information:

  • Product SKU
  • Color/finish selection
  • Shipping address
  • Your contact details

We will promptly send you an order invoice for your review. If you accept, please mail your check to the address below. When you send the check, kindly email us the tracking number so we can anticipate its arrival.

Once your check is received, we will send you a confirmation email and process your order. The typical lead time for statue production is 6–12 weeks. You will receive shipment tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Do you accept deposits?

Only on orders totaling more than $4000. We understand some customers would like to start with a deposit payment. We accept 25% deposits on orders over $4,000. Simply email us at info@bellastatues.com with your shipping address, name, and product sku and finish color for your order. We will email you a revised sales invoice with 25% deposit due.

Why is lead time so long?

There are orders in front of yours and depending on the season, the artisan factory may be busier than usual. Artisans take their time on each piece and items are not mass produced.

  • Custom/made-to-order items: Lead times vary and will be shown on the product page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships with tracking information. 

I need it by a certain date, can orders be rushed?

We regret that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. If you require your order for a special event, please place your order at least 12–16 weeks in advance. For large orders, statue sets, or items requiring full-color detailing, we recommend placing your order more than 18+ weeks ahead of your desired date. Expedited or rush order requests cannot be accommodated.

Policies

What is your Return Policy?

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items shipped via FedEx or UPS. Unless an item arrives structurally damaged or is an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for both return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned to FedEx or UPS.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not shipped via FedEx or UPS—including large products shipped by LTL freight or motor freight (typically on a pallet)—are considered final sale, unless they arrive structurally damaged or are incorrect items.

Cosmetic Issues

Minor cosmetic concerns that can be addressed with paint do not qualify for replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please email info@bellastatues.com with your order number and the name on the order. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions and address.

Returned items must be in saleable, intact condition. After inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of order placement. You must email us at info@bellastatues.com. Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund total.

Email us as soon as possible at info@bellastatues.com if you need to cancel. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

What if my order arrives damaged?
  • Inspect all shipments upon arrival.
  • If it is a large item that required a freight scheduled delivery appointment, Note any visible damage when signing for delivery. If unsure, write "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt.
  • Report structural damage to us via email within 2 business days of delivery. Cosmetic concerns do not apply. Cosmetic concerns are ones that can be easily solved by touching up with paint.
  • Send an email with photos of the structural damage and your order number to info@bellastatues.com

We will resolve the issue via replacement or refund.

How will orders be shipped?

Most orders are shipped via FedEx and delivered to your doorstep. For statues larger than 37 inches, we use truck freight services.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive FedEx tracking information by email.

Freight Deliveries (Statues Over 37 Inches)

  • Large items shipped by truck freight require customer inspection upon delivery.
  • Please carefully inspect your item and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; please email photos and your order number to info@bellaoutdoorsusa.com.
  • Missed delivery appointments or access issues may incur additional fees.
  • Freight shipments are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Product Info

Can you make a different size?

No, modifications to the statue's design are not possible, as this would require creating an entirely new mold. Only the color finish can be customized. However, many religious statues are available in different sizes. Please browse our product selection to see if an alternate size meets your needs.
