Important Care Guidelines
- These pieces are suitable for outdoor use when properly installed and maintained. However, because they are lightweight, some items may tip, shift, or fall in strong winds or if bumped.
- We strongly recommend securely anchoring or mounting all outdoor pieces using appropriate hardware (such as ground stakes, bolts, or our threaded rod mounting kit. Standard hanging hardware is intended only for light indoor home use.
Daily / Seasonal Care Tips
- Periodically inspect the product for cracks, instability, or loose mounting hardware — especially after storms.
- Do not place decor/statues directly on the ground where water or snow can accumulate. Elevating them or using a proper base is recommended.
- Clean gently with mild soap and water as needed.
- Colors and finishes may gradually fade or show minor wear over time due to sun, rain, and normal weathering. This is expected with outdoor decorative products.
Minor Repairs Many small cracks or surface chips can be repaired using resin repair kits, epoxy putty, or touch-up paint (we can provide matching paint for a small fee upon request, subject to availability).
