Return/Refund Policy

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy Last updated: May 3, 2026

Cancellation Policy We process orders quickly. Cancellations are accepted as follows:

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund (minus any payment processing fees).
  • Email us at info@bellastatues.com as soon as possible with your order number.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

30-Day Return Policy – Standard Shipments (FedEx / UPS) Items shipped via FedEx or UPS may be returned within 30 days of delivery, but only if they are in original, unused, resaleable condition with all packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Freight Shipments (Large / Pallet Items) Large items shipped via freight have strict final-sale rules:

  • No returns for change of mind or cosmetic reasons.
  • Minor cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, or imperfections fixable with touch-up paint) are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
  • Shipping damage: You must inspect the shipment as soon as possible after delivery. Report any visible damage to us within 24 hours with clear photos. We will work with the carrier for refund or replacement where possible. Late reports may result in no refund or replacement.

Shipping Damage Policy (All Shipments) It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect deliveries promptly upon arrival.

  • Smaller Packages: Inspect immediately and report damage within 24 hours with photos.
  • Freight / Pallet Shipments: Note "Damaged Upon Arrival" on driver's tablet/signature page. The driver may not wait for you to fully unpack. Note any obvious external damage on the driver’s tablet before signing. Then open and inspect the item as soon as possible. Report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Prompt notification allows us to file a claim with the carrier. Late reports may prevent us from recovering costs, in which case we may be unable to offer a full refund or replacement.

We will work with the carrier to arrange replacement parts, a replacement product, or refund where the carrier is at fault. Failure to inspect and report damage promptly may limit our ability to assist.

How to Start a Return or Claim

  1. Use the “Start a Return” feature in your account (subject to our approval).
  2. Or email info@bellastatues.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We respond within 2 business days. All returns require approval before shipping back.

Refunds We will inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, assembled, or customer-damaged products.
  • Final-sale and freight items (except proven manufacturing defects).
  • Items noted as non-returnable on the product page.

Missed Deliveries, Access Issues & Contact Problems Freight deliveries require someone to be present and the customer to respond promptly to scheduling calls and emails.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information. If we or the carrier cannot reach you (wrong phone number, no response, access restrictions, etc.):

  • Storage, re-delivery, or return freight fees may be incurred while we attempt to contact you.
  • We reserve the right to cancel future delivery attempts until any outstanding carrier fees are paid.
  • If the shipment is returned to us due to customer unresponsiveness or missed deliveries, you will receive no refund. We will retain the full order amount to cover original shipping, return freight, storage fees, and restocking costs.
