Freight Policy – Items Larger than 37"
Thank you for your order with Bella Statues. To ensure a smooth delivery for large or freight-shipped items, please carefully review the important information below.
Shipping Service Levels
Freight delivery methods may vary: Depending on the shipping carrier, your order may arrive via curbside

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 2–4 hours), Monday through Friday during business hours.

Someone over the age of 18 must be present at the delivery location to receive, inspect, and sign for the shipmentfedex.com.

Failure to have a responsible adult present for the scheduled delivery may result in a re-delivery fee.
Property Access

Shipments are delivered using large vehicles (18-wheel or 26’ trucks). If there are access limitations (gates, narrow lanes, gravel roads), notify us during checkout or right after placing your order. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur fees.
What to Do at Delivery

Upon arrival, inspect the shipment and packaging before signing.

If there is visible damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt ("PRODUCT DAMAGED" and take photos of the packaging and damage.

Signing for the shipment without noting visible damage may waive your right to a damage claim.
Concealed Damage
If you discover internal or concealed damage after the delivery:

Email info@bellastatues.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage and clear photos. (noting that cosmetic issues that can be fixed with touch-up paint do not qualify as structural damage), and clear photos.

Claims received after 48 hours may be ineligible due to carrier policy.
Additional Fees for Missed Deliveries
If your freight shipment cannot be delivered, the carrier may apply:

Re-delivery fee: $100–$350

Storage fee: $75–$150 per day after a missed appointment
Final Sale Policy
Freight-shipped items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please measure access pathways to ensure a successful delivery.
